The contact owns a 2014 Ford Fusion. While driving various low speeds, the dual clutch hesitated and began shuddering without warning. The failure occurred only when the vehicle accelerated. The vehicle was taken to park auto group (801 commercial pkwy, dover, oh 44622) where it was diagnosed that the clutch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to file a complaint with NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 66,600.
