Fusion SE AWD 2.0L

GPS and access to all of Ford's Sync application and access to media via Blue Tooth has not been working for most of the 3 years of ownership.

I've repeatedly taken it back and they've fixed it but are now refusing to repair. They claim their Bluetooth is not compatible with my phone. But my phone is an Apple iPhone (the most popular phone in the world). It also doesn't work with a Google Pixel phone and, for periods of 3 months or so HAS worked.
