Multiple times in the shop. Center console screen and up work, everything below screen dead. Right side steering wheel HUD says 'Climate Control Temporarily Lost Communication'. Driver's side window controls and mirror controls for passenger side do not work. Passenger side window and door controls do not work. AC/Heat/no climate controls work. Radio cannot be turned off or adjusted on center console, only on steering wheel.

Ford service played with center console and it worked for a day. Then changed entire center console. 2 days later back for same problem. Eventually said we talked to Ford and they admitted it is wire harness issue so they changed it. Was working find for 10 months and now happening again. Ford service telling us you need pay them to evaluate.

This is the third time in the shop, first two times dealership did not figure out what was going on when it was on a machine - so could not order the part under warranty despite my providing proof of multiple occurrences and showing online research from others encountering the same issue. The dealer just called to say they ordered a part after being able to reproduce the issue on the machine - they ordered a gateway module. It will arrive tomorrow, and car should be available to me by end of week. I'll report back whether that fixes it, but based on online research on identical issues, I'm not re-assured.

Dealership did provide a loaner car, so at least I'm not out a car for now.
