I was able to remove 3 screws holding on the Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pump
I ordered the part from partsgeek.com and waited a week for it to come. 20 minutes off with the old part, and 20 minutes back on with the new part.
Part Number: 119724-07964442 Brand: Motorcraft Notes: Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pump Condition: New
The total was under $100.00 plus my time.
I watched a youtube about replace a similar part on an audi/vw and it was almost exact, except the oringinal is not an oringinal in the Fusion.
See the pics. Good luck. My perspective is that it is an easy fix - once you have the part.
