The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fusion. While making a left turn at approximately 5 mph, the steering column seized and could not be moved. The failure occurred without warning. The contact had to use excessive effort to drive home. Pearson Honda (14001 hull St rd, midlothian, va) was called, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired due to lack of communication from the dealer. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was approximately 22,000. * consumer stated the steering wheel of my 2015 Ford Fusion locked when making a low speed left turn at about 5mph. The steering being unreliable, a deputy sheriff follow me home (for safety reasons). The steering wheel of my 2015 Ford Fusion locked when making a low speed left turn at about 5mph. The steering, being unreliable a deputy sheriff followed me home (for safety reasons). The steering wheel locked several more times before the deputy arrived, on scene. Halls Ford-Hyundai could find no problem, after having possession of car for 5 days. Updated 10/29/18
