The contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. While making a left turn down a hill, the steering failed and a loud abnormal noise was heard. Also, when braking, the vehicle would slowly decelerate and remain at 0.8 RPM. Furthermore, the ABS and traction control warning indicators illuminated. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 75,104.
