Was unable to unlock the door so I changed the battery in the key fob with no luck. The outside door lock swipe feature won't light up, the car has no key port so I am not sure what to do. Does the battery need to be changed? I need instructions on how to open the hood without being able to enter the vehicle. Pain in the buttskins is a good way to describe the frustration.
