rats chewing engine wiring harness

i have complained about this issue to Ford several times and they did nothing, and I have spent over $1000 trying to fix this issue. The rats keeps chewing my engine harness. I've tried everything. Nothing is working!! This soy base wiring is HORRIBLE!! My car has turned into a money pit!!
