Ford Fusion Engine Issue. While I was driving the car overheated - I parked and nursed it to the dealer. After trouble shooting the long block (aka engine) has to be replaced on a car that only has 77K miles on it and has been serviced on a regular basis. After reading several complaints on this board it is apparent there is a defect/flaw. The warranty issue is with the Ford Fusion and cracked blocks due to coolant issues and mixing with the oil in the engine. Very pissed off since the cost is $6K to fix it and of course the warranty ran out at 62K miles.
I have owned Fords for over 30 years starting with the 89 Aerostar - Taurus - Taurus - Fusion and more, and this is the last Ford I will ever purchase. I hate to say it but have to start looking at the foreign cars.
Any advice on where or if there is a class action law suit, or anyone from Ford who give a damn?

Brought car to dealer several times for CEL (Check Engine Light) and the dealer first said coil pack on cylinder # 3, then charged $1300 to repair. I brought it back to dealer for same issue dealer puts unit cooling system under pressure and now engine knocks due to coolant entering cylinder # 3. They want to charge me $8000 to repair stating car needs new engine, this is a Ford liability issue and has been known by Ford since 2011 and never mentioned to its customers.
