sometimes a car has a different sound while accelerating

Sometimes (especially when it is hot outside) there is different sound than normal while accelerating. It is like additional vibration and it is very annoying. Unfortunately Ford Service employees test drove it and said they did not hear anything as many other issues. They simply do not see any issues and do not hear any sounds...
