The contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed with the fuel tank half-full, the vehicle stalled inadvertently. Additionally, the contact stated that the failure reoccurred after refueling the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact was able to restart the vehicle. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 150,000.

I bought the care in April 2017, within a moth I started smell car outside the car when ever I started it. You car smell it up to 75 ft away. Towards the front and drivers side. It S burnt gas. Just like you were filling you gas tank. I took it to my dealer for a check up 5/6 times for this issue. Each time they say nothing wrong and they can't smell the gas. Yet my salesman and other customers in the parking lot has smelled it. Strangers in the grocery store and smelt it and warned me. Including a Ford mechanic who advised me to take it to a shop.he was from a different Ford dealer.my co-workers smell it. My gas levels are showing it as well. At the time this started I was still under manufacturer warranty at 57,000. Now @ 64,000. Have extended. Found out same car with larger engine has same problem however the dealer refuses to believe maybe me car or the engine may have same problem. Service bulletin:16-00452013-2016 cars. PCV valve part ej726758B.this was found by a friend a Ford engineer. Even he said it S possible the smaller engine could have the same problem. However the dealer won't even look at it.what do I do? now I hear a rattling sound upfront in the engine area. I only drive approx. 12 miles a say unless I go grocery shopping.like I said it's a 2016 with 64,000, beautiful car.just this one issue. Can't smell when driving only when parked.only from outside of car! it is not the exhaust like I said it is clean unburnt gas! this happens daily.
