Very disappointed in Ford. First Ford and last. Recall was for same problem due to safety and need to replace shifter cable bushing device. Car had to be towed in to Brandon Ford Dealership. Contacted dealership for help, corporate Ford Motor Company and their Recall Reimbursement Center and Customer service. Got the run around. No one cares money spent for a problem Ford caused. Don;t understand why when I researched on the internet why the other at least 7 other reported cases on 2017 Ford Fusion had same problem that they did not add additional year of 2017 with problem.
