After 3 months I brought the car brand new the passenger side front window won’t stay close. I took it to the Ford dealer and fix it. But after 1 month has pass the problem came back so I took it to the Ford dealer so they fix it again. After 5 months the problem came back but it only does it two times of day that the window won’t close. After two times, it starts to work normally.

This originated on the driver window. Then, after about a month, the driver window was fine, but the passenger window now had the problem. Well, just last week, it reversed back to the problem on the driver's side. The dealer, Suntrup Ford in St. Louis is clueless about any fix. I've seen some videos of the same thing happening to Fusion Hybrid AND Lincoln owners. Extremely annoying and worth a non-recommendation for purchasing if anyone asks. Ford needs to get it together and stop trying to brush this under the rug and hope it will go away. Talk about a way to lose any market share, Ford is on the right track this way. Any ideas?

It is very aggravating when I put the window up and it goes back down and I have to play with it to stay up. It has been doing this for months I called Show Low Ford and they guy laughed at me when I asked for help he literally said my car was possessed. That pissed me off even more especially because I was literally asking for help. I did not expect him to be a smart ass to me.
