I have called the hotline number several times and have got ahold of no one. I have been on the phone up to an hour each time. I would like someone to contact me pertaining to this I have documentation from dealer in regards of issue. I have sent a letter to ford company pertaining to this and also have foster legal assistance to how I can proceed with getting issue fixed.
