The contact owns a 2019 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at 25 mph, the front axle on the passenger side fractured causing the tire to fold under the vehicle. As a result, the contact lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle could not be turned to the left or right direction. The vehicle headed straight for 30 yards and went over a curb landing on an incline of a private property. All the air bags deployed except for the front driver side and steering wheel air bags which failed. A police report was filed under report number: 212000012. The contact sustained two 9 cm lacerations to the head and 19 stitches, a contusion to the head, concussion, loss of memory, and massive body aches that required medical attention. A police officer drove the contact to the hospital after the impact. The contact mentioned that the information provided were based on pictures and videos of the events of the impact due to him having memory loss. The following day the contact went back to the scene and found the passenger front axle on the road. The vehicle was towed to a tow truck company. The insurance company was schedule to inspect the vehicle. The manufacturer was not contacted as of yet. The failure mileage 13,000.

The contact's spouse rented a 2019 Ford Fusion. While driving approximately 35-40 mph, the steering seized without warning. The driver was unable to maneuver the vehicle. The contact stated that the front driver's side suspension fractured and caused the front driver's side wheel to make contact with the inner wheel well and seize in place. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the front suspension needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. Enterprise rental car was notified of the failure and the recovery team was scheduled to retrieve the vehicle. The approximate failure mileage was 35,000.
