The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 18V592000 (equipment: Electrical). The contact called crest Ford at 888-614-2160 (located at 26333 van dyke ave, center line, mi 48015) and was informed that the parts were not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The failure mileage was 52,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
