The backseat passenger window (glove compartment) side, spontaneously combusted with the glass blowing out versus inside the vehicle. I contacted Ford the day after it happens, and strangely enough it had happened to one other customer the same weekend but with a Ford Explorer. Even still, the dealership was unwilling to accept that this was due to a defect in the glass -- likely some type of stress crack. I ended up having to go through my insurance company for the repair, but wanted others to be aware of the incident in case it happens to them as well.
