I was lost in the city of San Francisco and South San Francisco for 2 hours because I had no GPS.

Several occurrences leading up to the failure over a 2 week span - First noticed that the radio would not connect phones, second was the radio went completely out and would not turn on at all. Changed out the radio fuse and all was fine for a day or two. Third was the hybrid battery digital display would show a fully drained battery after just 2 miles of travel even after charging all night, next was the hybrid charging wouldn't light up indicating that it was even charging and on that same day, the radio CarPlay would not connect again. After trying several times, it finally connected.
Last was when no usage of the car for a 24 hour period and got into the car without cranking it and noticed the overhead cabin lights were coming on and off, then the gear shift knob light was coming on and off and it was making a clicking noise, then upon noticing that and then trying to crank the car it would not crank and then a clicking noise started under the hood. Raised the hood and the clicking noise was coming from one of the power blocks plugged into the battery. Trying to remove that particular one which was identified that the click was being made from it, there was a slight electrical current felt; of which I immediately removed my hand. The clicking would start and stop all on it's own. Sometimes it would also start if the start switch was depressed or the hybrid charging cord was plugged into the vehicle again.
All the while, the trunk could not be opened/unlocked, seats could not be moved, no radio or lights and only the light from the gear shift know was lit.
Contacted Ford Warranty and they did not seem to be aware of any recalls or any issues even with the above items. Contacted Roadside Assistance to tow the vehicle to Ford Service Center near me and also speaking with the Service Tech they are not aware of any issues stating that the service tech will perform a full check and get back with me of the problem. No resolutions as yet and will continue to post as occurrences happen.

While driving on a hot day windows down stereo blasting suddenly the speakers screech a defening sound and then nothing .Screen displays audio off and won't turn on. No music and the part that's dangerous no gps prompts (I get lost easily) The next day its cooler and it works again. I looked at getting new acm (audio control module) but I will have to the dealer for that since I cant find a new one online anywhere and I'm sure it will be in the $500-$1000 range ridiculous for $50 in actual hardware. Might try a used one from a low mileage crashed car, or not be cheap and use the ac when im running on battery.
Update from Oct 27, 2020: Well now ot doesn't matter what temperature it is radio displays audio off all the time. Tried a different acm and that didn't fix it guess I will try the amp next
