Fusion Hybrid 4-cyl

The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion hybrid. When the vehicle was started, the power steering assist indicator illuminated and the steering wheel seized. The contact called joe machens Ford Lincoln at 573-445-4411 (located at 1911 w worley street, columbia, mo 65203) and was informed that there was no recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and also stated that there was no recall. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
