The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion hybrid. The contact stated that the front driver's door would not open from inside the vehicle. The contact had to roll down the window and open the door from outside the vehicle. The contact called boulevard Ford Lincoln of lewes at 877-863-6365 (located at 18443 coastal hwy, lewes, de 19958) and scheduled an appointment. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 68,400.
