Fusion Hybrid

The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion hybrid. While driving at approximately 40 mph, the steering wheel seized and the traction control and an unknown warning indicator illuminated. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
