I have had my 2014 Ford Fusion serviced 5 times with the same braking problem. The brakes click when applying the brake in reverse. I have had rear brake pads, calipers replaced as well as lubed. Another time the front brake pads got lubed as well as the caliper bracket. Then the reverse brake pads were found moving in the mounting brackets, New mount brackets and new pads were installed.
I bought this car new and it shouldn't have this many problems, that's why I bought a new car so I didn't have to deal with issues. Along with the brake problems my sunroof has leaked and parts were replaced and now it's leaking again and now the whole sun roof needs to be replaced.
I have always had Fords. As a loyal customer Ford should do everything they can to get this resolved. Does anyone else out there have the same issues?
