surged forward from a stop with foot on brake

dealership is refusing to deal with mechanical failure as car electronics doesn't show any computer fault. car leapt forward at standstill and hit truck in front doing damage to front of Ford - then driver was able to recreate same surging forward with enough force/momentum to close the drivers door. not normal, not cool
