Fusion Hybrid V4

In November, my car had a service engine error. The car did not start intermittently, probably about 4-5 times in a month. I need to put the car in park, take the key out, put back in, and it starts. The PCM was reprogrammed. The problem did not occur again. On March 21, 2015, the problem occurred again. I took it back to the dealer and they said their technical forums do not indicate this problem has occurred elsewhere. I posted a youtube video of this latest occurrence. It is at
