Fusion Hybrid

Told by tim short Ford dealership they could not rotate tires because of swollen lug nuts on 2017 Ford Fusion hybrid. Ford does not replace defected lug nuts unless I pay. If I get a flat on the road I will be stranded. In the right place it can be life threating if you have an emergence.
