Fusion Hybrid 2.0L I4

The same problem has occurred on both driver and passenger side windows. When you use the auto up feature, the window gets to the top then automatically goes to a halfway down position. The only way to get it to close is to stop it right before it gets to the top.

This has happened several times. On a few occasions the problem went away on its own. Other times I have had to take it to the dealer to fix. So, far I have taken it to the dealer 3 times. They don't really fix it obviously. They "re-initialize " it.... I don't know what that means.
