Front axle drive shafts fail just after the warranty expired.

The vehicle started shaking during acceleration, around the 40 mph mark and was very noticeable. It felt like the wheels were falling off. The front axle drive shafts are corroded and they are the problem. The dealer fixed the issue within 2 days. Apparently they have many of these parts on stock to fix the problem. Ford has a service alert for it but guess what? My vehicle manufacture build date falls just outside by 1 week.

They are not looking at the bad part, only build date.
