The contact owns a 2023 Ford Maverick. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the Lane Departure feature malfunctioned, causing the vehicle to erroneously steer outside the driving lane and lines. Additionally, after locking the vehicle, it was discovered that only the front driver-??s side door had locked, and other doors remained unlocked. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 100.
