Dear Sir I have a complaint from ford technical service in (Alexandria, Egypt) After inspection and the totally service the Technical engineer answer me it was a small problem I solve it and it will never happen again September 2012 it happened again the same problem and I carried the car by truck from Sharm Elshiekh to Alexandria 750 KM to the same technical service branch after inspection and I insist to see by myself what is going on we found the electric sockets for the fuel pump is melted and burned I have a big question mark? What is this? How come? Where is the safety when the fuel pumps plug burn and melt what is the material data sheet for the plug isolation material? And the cooper connection wire? I never sow that even in the China cars The problem is this car is out of warranty last august that mean before the second problem with one month and I have to pay around 5000 LE Can someone tell me what this is? Why the technical engineer didn't change the socket and the pump in the first time? or just even report? is that normal for Ford car (one of the very expensive cars) to have a burned sockets and plug in the fuel tank after one year running By the way I change the battery in the first year too in less than one year running Is that normal? When ford engineer didn't solve a problem in the car from the first time and he put the costumer in a problem to carry the car by truck from city to other and pay all this amount of money, is this Ford reputation should be? I conceder the technical engineers playing and unqualified at all I'm in a real problem my car in the technical workshop and I need someone to solve it
