Rear seat belts are inoperable. Seat belts will not pull out of retractor. Contacted Ford, and Ford stated nothing they could do and pass warranty.

2nd time rear seat belts were used they locked in a retracted position and can not be used again. Because of the designed belt tracking guides the belts fold when entering the spindle causing a jamming and subsequently the belts can not be used. Releasing the mechanism is very difficult and can not be done on the road. This is especially dangerous in a convertible when people are on a trip and can not use the belts. This problem keeps recurring.
