Mustang 3.8L V6

whoever designed the back seatbelts in this Mustang should be fired. There are no guides on the seat and when the belts were released they would snap back and twist on the way. At one point we could get them to work again but not anymore. Both back seatbelts are totally useless. I can't even take anyone with me as I am afraid of not providing the necessary safety to back seat passengers. I was told by a mechanic that looked at the problem that Ford has always had a problem with the seatbelts and seatbelt retractors. He had been trying to find me seatbelts but has had not luck but ...when I think about it and read some of the other complaints about seatbelts it might also be the retractors and not the belts although they do twist due to poor engineering and design. I have been told this is going to be an expensive fix as it is very hard to get to the retractors and when you do it is a real pain to fix them. I went online and found one video of how to untwist the belts and get them working again but it was not a convertible so was of no help. Since this money pit has drained me I will continue to look online for a video or instruction sheet of how to get to and fix the retractors. No use contacting Ford as they don't care ...
