While driving passenger's side airbag went off inadvertently. Passenger sustained head injuries, and was transported by ambulance to a hospital. The vehicle was towed.

Consumer was going 70-75mph and was hit by a semi truck, causing vehicle to spin. While vehicle was spinning consumer's vehicle was hit head on by a van. Upon impact, air bags didn't deploy on front driver's side or passenger side. Vehicle was totaled. Dealer was notified.

Upon impact, driver's side/ and passenger's side air bags failed to deploy, forcing driver's side occupant into steering wheel head first which bent steering wheel.
