2 of 4 appear to be cross belted. No failur at this time but do not know of a local dealer to adjust the problem. Brand on tires is "road king" model "premium GT" size "P205X65 R15 926 M&S". unable to finish your questions as I do not know who the manufacturer is.entered Firestone to get through fields.
