While turning on the heat defogger it failed to come on. The vents would blow out cold air. This caused poor visibility to see properly. The driver was able drive to the dealer for inspection. The mechanic replaced the defogger. The driver informed the mechanic that this problem has happen more than once and has not been resolved. Please fill in additional information.
