Consumer was involved in a collision. Was hit from the rear by another vehicle travelling 40mph. Both driver's and passenger's seats snapped all the way back to the reclined position.*akjlg

Vehicle was rearended and front driver's side seat broke and fell backwards. Bracket that holds seat broke. When seat fell backward it injured a child in back seat. Damage was on right rear side of vehicle. Had not contacted dealer.
