The contact owns a 2002 Ford Mustang. While driving at an unknown speed, the speedometer displayed the incorrect speed. When driving at a relatively slow speed, the speedometer would display a rapid speed. He took his vehicle to the dealer and they stated that he needed to replace the instrument panel cluster. The vehicle has not been repaired. The current and failure mileages were 83,000.
