The contact owns a 2002 Ford Mustang. While driving 35 mph, the headlights became extremely foggy, resulting in poor visibility. Ford corporation was unable to determine the cause of failure. No repairs were made. The current mileage was 65,500 and failure mileage was 60,000. The consumer stated the plastic headlight cover has severe oxidation and the entire headlight assembly has to be replaced. Updated 12/12/07
