The rear window got broken and when to be replaced was told the roof has a manufactured default. Ford is not wanting to fix it and are passing me around to different people, because no one wants to take responsabiliy for it, my warrenty, is out by one month and so they say to bad for you. I can not get new rear window, because window man says it will not be properly installed, over the ridges in the metal, and may not seal and come loose. (nothing has been done to fix it, I am waiting on a call from Ford for three days.)

Scheduled June 2nd 2003 repair. Ford is trying to sell me an extended service plan in which it will cover a rental car during the repair. Even though the repair falls well within the factory warranty. The repair will take 3 days to complete.

The car dies unexpectedly. The check engine light comes on but the dealer sayS that they cannot find anything wrong with the car. This has happened on two different occasions, (while the car is idling and when the car is in gear moving). Ford said that this has been reported on numerous occasions but they cannot fix the problem because when the diagnostic check is done no problem codes are recorded. Have you heard of this problem occurring and what can I do to get the problem fixed.
