The contact owns a 2003 Ford Mustang. The tow dolly was made by croft trailer, model# cg85ot, and serial#15df101W92aa04466. When attempting to place the vehicle on top of the tow dolly a displaced metal piece broke the hood latch on the bumper of the vehicle. He stated that the metal piece did not belong there and the malfunction caused $1000 worth of damage. The dealer advised her to contact her insurance company for assistance. She filed claim#[xxx] 1-800-677-1412-[xxx] with the liability department. The failure and current mileages were unavailable.
