Mustang GT V8 4.6L

Idk my Mustang just won't run right, when warming up it has a loopy idle near to stall, but when its warm everything is fine until I open the fuel tank cap. Everything just gets weird again, and sometimes it just stalls.

when i have the defrost on, the engine will hesitate when i need to stop or am waiting in traffic. I have no idea why it only does this when the defrost is on but it is very annoying.I need some type of repair answers and possible repair fixes i can try before i take it to a high priced repair shop.
