About a week ago the computer on my dash and the needle that tells me how much fuel is in my tank started jackin' around - it would say I had 200 miles to E aka 1/2 a tank, then it would drop to 0 miles to E or Empty on the needle. It kept going back and forth, even though I knew the tank was 1/2 full. (I monitor my fuel usage regularly cause this happened in my other 2006 mustang) Then last week, when it dropped to 0 - I ignored it as a sensor issue, but my car actually died. I topped the tank off, and as proof it wasn't empty - it only filled 7 gallons. It did it again today, so I had to have to towed to a mechanic shop. We'll see what transpires. I've owned 5 prior Fords without incident, so this is bothersome, but not a total wipe out for the company - but it is the last Ford I'll own.
