This really stinks!!! I think Ford needs to fix the mess ups they have. This is a beautiful car and I Love it but am very sad about all the problems.

The plastic around the gear shift broke. When it happened, I couldn't put it in park because the plastic was stuck on something underneath the gear shift. I had to have my boyfriend come out to shove it into park just so I could take my keys out. Luckily it was covered under warranty and I was told the issue was not an uncommon one.

I had to get a used one on ebay, cost 80 bucks and was a 2007 which was a different style, had to butcher it for parts to fix. Beat the Dealership alternative of buying a completely new shifter assembly for over $400.00. Car had little more than 30,000.00 miles on it when it dropped that little gem.
