The contact owns a 2006 Ford Mustang. The contact stated that water collected inside the vehicle and caused the smart junction box which is connected to the horn to rust. The horn is currently inoperable. The dealer has stated that if the top area of the junction box was free of debris it would not have been covered with rust. The contact would like the manufacturer to assume responsibility of the repair cost. The current mileage was 27,000 and failure the mileage was 26,500.
