I noticed a hole in my carpet by the gas petal. I took to the service dept at Northside Ford. The service rep called over the manager and they told me it is a stress point and I am not the first one. He told me it is covered under warranty and they would have to replace the carpet, and to schedule an appointment about a month in advance so they could order the carpet. I did not worry about it until my cars warranty was almost up. When I took my car back they refused to help me. I told them it was in the system so he looked and I was told there was a note in thier system but it was not date stamped. So to bad. The service rep that put the note in the system has been gone for 2 years so that tells them I was there when my car was new.
