I brought my 2007 Ford Mustang in to Bell Ford of Colonia NJ in January 2011 for new brakes. They told me that along with fixing the brakes, they are repairing the emergency brake spring because it froze and broke in the cold winter.
It would take Bell Ford Colonia NJ over a month to receive this spring because no supplier would have a spring for a 2007 Ford Mustang. Be advised in an earlier posted complaint, it took Bell Ford Colonia nearly 3 months during the summer of 2008 to receive the necessary parts to fix the clutch plate on this 2007 vehicle. Bell Ford Colonia pointed the blame on their suppliers stating they were at the suppliers' mercy.
Horrible supply chain management by Ford to not be able to deliver parts to a model 2007 vehicle in 2008 or even 2011!
