Mustang Convertible V6 4.0L

The car is in great shape, well maintained and cared for. I do not speed or drive it rough. Making a left hand turn in a busy intersection, the car just died. Total electrical shut down. Almost got KILLED! I had it towed to Scottsdale Ford and they were the most arrogant an unhelpful people I have ever encountered. They just did not care and acted like they had never heard of such a problem. Researching the internet I found this site where a guy from Florida had the EXACT SAME problem back in 2008!!! And Ford acts like nothing is wrong. This is the same despicable attitude that killed so many cops in their Crown Victorias when rear-ended. This is the same attitude that killed so many people in their death-trap Pintos. How many people have to DIE for Ford to even acknowledge a defect?

I don't race, I drive pretty safely, and keep my car in good condition. Was turning onto Turnpike and car randomly shorted out. Lost all power on a sharper curve and wound up hitting the curb. Ford refused to even acknowledge the failure until it happened again when the one of the reps tested the car, and after admitting they've seen this issue a few times, they say it's still not prevalent enough to worry about. Since then it's happened two more times since then and it's pissing me off.
