I had the same complaint about gas fill-up. I live near the beach and I noticed something rather strange about the wind off the coastline. If the car was facing East, it filled just fine but when facing West it would not fill. The dealer was stumped. It appears that the breeze/wind causes the fumes to trap and the car thinks it's full already... it's hard to believe but no problem anymore filling the tank - just keep the car facing the wind!!
