The contact owns a 2008 Ford Mustang. While driving approximately 20 mph on a wet and lightly sand covered road surface, the vehicle spun 360 degrees. The tire traction control device failed to engage and the vehicle crashed into the guard rail. The vehicle ended up facing West bound on an East bound lane. The air bags failed to deploy, but there were no injuries. The vehicle sustained severe frontal damage, and there was also damage to the front passenger door and body frame. The police were called to the scene. Recently, the front driver's side automatic shoulder belt retractor system failed without warning. The vehicle is currently inoperative and has not been repaired. The VIN was unknown. The failure and current mileages were 15,500.
