Mustang 6-cyl

  • 3,733 miles
The contact owns a 2010 Ford Mustang. While rotating the tires, he noticed the fuel line was had fractured and was dangling from its housing. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however; the bracket for the fuel line was missing. The dealer advised that the bracket was not a part that was sold individually and the entire fuel line assembly cover would need to be purchased and replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were 3,733. The consumer stated the problem he is having is not only specific to his vehicle. He found two other models that had the same missing fuel line support bracket; a 2010 V6 model and a 2011 V8 GT model. Updated 07/13/10
