I financed my car brand new Oct 31, 2009, a week later I took it in to dealer because there was rust covering the whole under side. Ford sent me away & said this was normal. Around Dec 2009 there was a loud noise & felt like the engine had literally dropped to the ground. Never happened again. The gas also sometimes pauses to accelerate & suddenly jumps forward skipping a gear & jerks the car. Passenger airbag panel is partially open & when I push on it, I hear crinkling & it pops back open. The easy fill gas feature allows gas to leak out causing a ring of gas to form below the opening on the exterior panel. I'm so unhappy with these issues I'm here for help.
